The Patent
Patent Features
AiraCorp's innovative designs target point of use sanitation and clean air. The revolutionary Droilet™ sanitation system and AiraFilter™ natural air purifier apply features claimed in US Patent #10,676,907 B2 An Organic Waste Treatment Process and Device
- THE MTEC™ (Multiphase Thermophilic Environment Chamber) optimizes an enzyme digestion process already used by nature
- MULTIPHASE GERMINATION™ allows for continual processing
- The SUC™ (Subterranean Uptake Chamber) filters and treats gases, generating clean fresh air
- A PASTEURIZATION ZONE prepares BIOSYNTHATE to be used as a soil nutrient
WHAT IS A MTEC AND WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL?
The MTEC™ (Multiphase Thermophilic Environmental Chamber) technology provides the optimal environment for a thermophilic bacteria culture to thrive, much like the intestinal environment. The MTEC™ maintains optimal temperature for maximum multiplication and growth of the culture. The MTEC™ regulates the exchange of fresh oxygen and the resultant carbon dioxide (CO2) in a process called Functional Respiration. Functional Respiration is facilitated by the Thermodynamic Pathway design of the MTEC™. Because an internal fan is not used, it is possible to maintain a constant temperature within the chamber. This innovative engineering results in a super-efficient and accelerated aerobic digestion.
